Never trying to duplicate a previous album, Radagast the Brown's fifth album in six years attempts to incorporate more guitar and stringed instruments than before. "Lamps of Unending Light" is a winter album meant to bring audible warmth that parallels the sensation of slinking into your blankets on a late night in January or swallowing a gulp of hot chocolate while you watch the snowfall on tree branches from your living room window. The song titles reflect the themes wrestled with and personal reflection, with its essence silently embedded into the music. These compositions are a lubricant for these mini inner-journeys to commence.
